My name is Swantje Rufle, I'm 31 years old and live in southern Germany.

I'm a completely self-taught oil painter and create expressive and vibrant paintings that uplift and energize. Inspired by the water, the sea, the mountains and the sky I try to catch up specific moments on the canvas. My intention is to draw viewers into a calming and decelerating world where they can relax their minds and dwell peacefully. My paintings are mostly large-scale, emotive and visually impactful. 

My works are now collected in Germany, France and Switzerland.
